I could throw autochthonous in there. The phrase indigenous people is used more often in Australia than native people to refer to persons of Aboriginal or Torrest Strait Islander descent.

For distributions of plants and animals, I think in terms of
endemic: found at a given place but nowhere else,
autochthonous: found at its place of origin (used more often in geology),
indigenous: originally from a place, but might also occur elsewhere,
native: has been in a place for a long time and got there naturally if it didn't originate there,
adventitious: occurring in places outside the normal range and not established there,
introduced: humans put it there,
cryptogenic: nobody knows where it came from.
